2. Estimated Delivery Time

For in-stock items, orders are generally processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation.

After dispatch, international delivery typically takes approximately 5–14 days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs clearance, public holidays, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs inspections and transportation disruptions may cause additional delays.

5. Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are products ordered before their release by the manufacturer. They are shipped after the scheduled release and arrival at our store.

**Shipping after release**

Pre-order items are generally shipped within 1–3 days after the manufacturer's release date.

The actual dispatch date may depend on the arrival of the products at our store and the manufacturer's or supplier's schedule.

**Separate shipping**

Pre-order items cannot be combined in the same shipment with in-stock items or other pre-order items.

Please place separate orders if you wish to purchase products with different shipping schedules. Separate orders may incur separate shipping charges.

**Manufacturer delays**

Release dates are estimates and may be postponed or changed by the manufacturer or supplier.

Although we will make reasonable efforts to ship your order as soon as the items arrive, we cannot guarantee the original release date.

Pre-order cancellations

Once a pre-order has been confirmed and arrangements have been made to secure the product, cancellations or refunds requested solely because of a manufacturer release delay are generally not accepted.

Please consider the estimated release date and these conditions carefully before placing your order.

This policy does not exclude any rights or remedies that may apply under mandatory applicable law or where the cancellation or refund is required due to our own failure to fulfill the order.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Damaged Items

Returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind are generally not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

- Clear photos of the item and its packaging, where applicable

Minor paint variations, small manufacturing marks, and packaging imperfections may occur with collectible figures and hobby products.
